3 cheesecake Muller lights
1 sachet of geletin
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pop Alpens in microwave for a minute to soften.
Spray a 6-8 inch cake tin with frylight.
Pour the Alpens in tin and press down.
Mix together geletin with 8 tablespoons of boiling water, stir until desolved.
Mix in the yogurts, quark and vanilla extract.
Then whisk to make sure all geletin is mixed evenly.
Pour over Alpens and let set in fridge overnight, or through the day.
